Due to the dolls being completely handmade, I cannot accept refunds or returns after I have physically started working on the doll or once shipped. Please be aware of this once accepting customisation, measurements and requests upon contact and purchase. 

Once an item has been shipped, I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of the item and cannot accept any returns once shipped. All shipped items will be provided with a tracking number. 
I do not offer refunds for any dolls made, unless under circumstances where the item has been lost through shipping.

I do not accept exchanges for any dolls.
